I always crack up when I watch that part of the film. How the body sits in plain view of the trooper but he's too busy looking at porn to even care. Writing Jason's thoughts to it were my favorite part to write in that chapter. :)

Awww! There were tears in my eyes by the end. I think the last line was my very favorite, and i loved the thought of Syesha as the bereavement liason. Can't wait for more!

The death was my favorite part to write so far and I think it's one of the most moving parts in the whole movie. And when I saw the part of Linda the bereavement liaison, I was like, "That's Syesha!" :)

i know it's an ensemble cast, but i really like this chapter b/c jason's in alot of the dialogue. i'm just thinking to myself here...maybe after "A Family On The Verge Of A Breakdown" you should write another movie inspired fic with jason as the lead character:-)
